The problem with these gels is that there are various steps to be followed in order to attain proper results. The application of nail art gel is more complex than the normal nail art designs. Now let us see the various steps that accounts for the difficulties. The first step usually involves cleaning the nail properly. Before cleaning the nails, wash your hands properly. This can be done easily with the help of a nail cleanser. The next step is to remove the shine of a nail. For this, you should make use of a nail filer. Now your nail is ready for the application of the nail art gel. If you feel that you need a more attractive finish, you can very well apply a layer of primer on your nails. Now you should apply the nail art gel in the same way as you apply a nail polish. Now comes the toughest part. Before the gel dries, the nail art design has to be inscribed onto the nail. This is the step that requires lots of skill and so it can only be done by a professional nail artist. After laying the required design onto the nails, it has to be dried under UV rays.

After this, another layer of nail art gel has to be applied all over the nail. Make sure that all parts of the nail are coated properly. The application of the second layer of gel is to make sure that the design does not get tampered easily. So, if necessary, another layer of gel can be applied onto the nails. After this application, the nails have to be left alone for at least two minutes. After the expiry of two minutes, the nail art is complete. If you feel that the surface of your nails is uneven, then you can make use of the nail filer and make it even. After the filing process, you should remove the dust particles that results from filing. You should then clean your nails with a proper nail cleanser to remove all unwanted dust particles. If needed, you can apply another layer of nail art gel and cure your nails for another two minutes. Thus we can see that the use of nail art gel may be a great advantage but with a little added cost which is incurred by hiring a professional nail artist.
